9:00-17:00 every Tuesday to Sunday (stop entering at 16:00, and prepare for clearing at 16:55), and close on Monday (except for national legal holidays).

2. Entry mode

Xuzhou Museum has a maximum daily audience capacity of 10000 people and an instantaneous capacity of 1500 people. During the epidemic prevention and control period, it shall not exceed 50% of the maximum carrying capacity of the museum area, with a daily limit of 4000 people. It is divided into three periods: 9:00-11:00, 11:00-13:00, 13:00-16:00.

The online real name system is adopted for reservation. Visitors can make an appointment in advance through Xuzhou Museum's WeChat official account or official website. On the basis of successful reservation in advance, they can swipe their ID cards or make an appointment to enter the museum with a QR code. Minors can make an appointment on behalf of their parents, and the elderly aged over 60 can bring their second-generation resident ID card to the tourist service center for registration and appointment by the staff.

3. Precautions

Conscientiously abide by the visiting system of the museum and follow the guidance of the staff.

Preschool children, the elderly and those with mobility difficulties must be accompanied by adults to visit the museum. The elderly and the disabled can be arranged to enter the museum by the staff.

Those who are not well-dressed, drunk and mentally ill are not allowed to enter the hall.

It is strictly prohibited to carry dangerous goods such as flammable and explosive, controlled appliances, corrosive substances, pets and articles that are liable to pollute the venue environment into the museum.

Store the rain gear in a plastic bag before entering the venue in rainy and snowy days to prevent the ground from being wet and slippery.

It is forbidden to use flash lights in the exhibition hall to avoid damage to cultural relics.

Smoking, eating, making noise, chasing and fighting, climbing and lying down, spitting, littering and other uncivilized behaviors are prohibited in the exhibition hall. Please keep quiet and pay attention to environmental sanitation.

Take care of cultural relics exhibits, exhibition facilities and other public service facilities, flowers, plants and trees. If there is any damage, you must make compensation according to the price and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

4. Service Guide

Free rental of voice announcer (Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean and other languages). The voice announcer is kept, disinfected, charged and rented by a specially-assigned person. If you need a professional interpreter's explanation, you can contact the tourist service center on the first floor of the main exhibition building. A wheelchair or stroller is provided free of charge. Your valid certificate needs to be temporarily stored and returned before 16:30 p.m. of the same day.

Free storage, self-service storage of small luggage, storage location in the east outside the main exhibition building; Large luggage is stored manually in the tourist service center of Qianlong Palace and the tourist service center on the first floor of the main exhibition hall. Please take your belongings before 16:30 p.m. of the same day. Dangerous goods (including inflammable, explosive, controlled knives and all other articles that may endanger cultural relics and personal safety) are strictly prohibited from carrying and storing.

There are infirmaries, first-aid medical kits and mother and baby rooms in the museum. If you need, you can ask the staff of the tourist service center.

The exhibition area of Xuzhou Museum is composed of four parts: the main exhibition building, the tomb of the Pengcheng King family of the Eastern Han Dynasty in Tushan, the Qianlong Palace of the Qing Dynasty, the stele garden and the quarry site of the Han Dynasty.
